Today’s

uses just 3.3 gallons of water per cycle, and requires minimal electricity.
Yet it’s big enough to wash up to four four-piece place settings
and features three wash cycles, two temperature selections, two drying
options, and a “Sani” option that heats dishes to a “bacteria-killing
151°F,” according to Westland, making it much more sanitary than
conventional hand-washing.
