Forty-four-year-old Evgeny (Eugene) Shvidler, an oil and gas billionaire born in Russia but who became an American citizen, enjoys cruising on this big blue boat (hence her name). The yacht was among the first to receive an Environmental Protection Notation from Lloyd’s of London insurance agency because of her sewage and waste-water treatment operations. In fact, she can turn all of her waste water into reusable water that exceeds standards set by classification societies and MARPOL.
