American industrialist Dennis Washington (see Attessa, no. 16) has kept this 225-footer in Mexico most of the year. Since the yacht is strictly for private use, only he and invited guests get to enjoy the marble fireplace, steam room, and comfy theater chairs (all the better to watch movies in the private cinema).
