This past September, we blasted around a blustery Baie de Cannes aboard Aiata’s new Wayfinder 38—and were seriously impressed with this emerging Turkish builder’s highly functional modular design and performance chops. Well, at BOOT Düsseldorf in January, the builder will be unveiling two new models, the Sunfinder 38 and 50. Designed in collaboration with Finnish designer Jarkko Jämsén, the two boats look to be speedy, spacious and family-friendly. The 50 will offer a sizable rear platform with a separate day head and a wet bar set under the roof for shaded cooking. The front deck has a huge sun pad while at the rear, a tiltable sun pad over the outboards creates a usable space up top—an emerging feature we’ve seen with DeAntonio’s new outboard models. We’re looking forward to seeing what this pair can do.
