Monte Carlo Yachts officially presents on World Premiere the new MCY 70 Skylounge: this is the first of a new range of iconic yachts.

Building on Monte Carlo Yachts’ knowhow and cutting-edge technology, the new MCY Skylounge Collection embraces the company’s timeless elegance offering owners unprecedented levels of customization. The new MCY 66 Skylounge, MCY 70 Skylounge, MCY 76 Skylounge and MCY 80 Skylounge are distinguished by extreme comfort onboard and additional volume to be enjoyed all year around together with the unique exterior areas offered. Such concept of a home-away-from-home is for the first time designed and manufactured by an Italian shipyard.

The first model of the new MCY Skylounge Collection, namely the new MCY 70 Skylounge, perfectly embodies the shipyard’s constant research for balance between functionality and aesthetics. Following the vision behind MCY’ second generation, the unmistakable touches of Nuvolari Lenard are clearly visible in the wide windows as well as in the enlarged symbolic portholes designed increase the brightness throughout the yacht. The long-lasting collaboration with the Italian design studio has been further strengthen with this new line characterized by high levels of comfort and safety on board, without though, missing out on the elegant and sophisticated style of Monte Carlo Yachts.

Fully customizable, the new MCY 70 Skylounge is characterized by the introduction of a new spacious enclosed area featuring a panoramic sunroof with an electrical opening glass panel. Equipped with top-edge technological features, the strategic location of the pilot house offers a 360° view to safely maneuver the yacht. Besides incorporating the sole helm station fully equipped with top-edge technological elements in line with the owner’s needs, the skylounge presents internal and external comfortable versatile areas perfect for relaxing moments to be enjoyed with friends and family.

An elegant glass staircase reflecting the natural brightness of the yacht connects the enclosed Flybridge with the open space of the main saloon. Again, also this large area can be rearranged to fulfill the owners’ needs and desires. This particular model features a combination of comfortable sofas, a fully equipped galley and an elegant dining location. Furthermore, thanks to the close connection with the al fresco dining location of the Aft Cockpit, this functional area can be further expanded.

The addition of a day toilet easily accessible from the main and upper main saloons increases the level of comfort on board.

While the higher bridges of the new MCY Skylounge Collection display significant innovative elements, the versatile configuration of the lower deck is in line with the models of the MCY Collection. The new MCY 70 Skylounge offers comfortable accommodation for up to 8 guests with an impressive owner cabin characterized by a private stair access for a higher degree of privacy, a spacious VIP cabin and two comfortable guest cabins that embody the unique and sophisticated Italian Made design elements of Monte Carlo Yachts. High-end fabrics, natural stones and Italian leathers are just a few of the unlimited customization options of superior materials available on the MCY Collection.
