#4: ATTESSA—302’4″
Formerly known as Evergreen and in Chinese hands since her delivery, the latest lady to join Dennis Washington’s fleet is going to be a challenge to refit. We say “challenge” because her decor is over-the-top flashy, with abundant Asian elements. But the Montana businessman, who has undertaken major refits before, welcomes the test. When we contacted his project manager, Capt. Ted McCumber, in August, demo work was underway and designer Glade Johnson was working closely with Washington to finalize the yacht’s look inside and out. When the project wraps up in about two years’ time, she should measure about 100 meters, or around 328 feet.
