Big Shot Gallery

It had been one of the most eagerly anticipated launches of recent years, the subject of more rumor and speculation than a Hollywood scandal. But when the London Boat Show opened in January, there she was. Finally, large as life and twice as opulent: Sunseeker's latest, the 37M Trideck Yacht, all 121 feet and 180 tons of her. Not content with simply providing a skylounge aboard the yacht, Sunseeker added this modern “upper saloon” to complement the main saloon.

The aft two guest staterooms aboard (this is the starboard one) are mirror images of each other and are enhanced by the large angled ports.

Master of the house indeed: Given this airy suite and stylish bath, which is down four steps, no owner can want for more space.

The formal dining area can accommodate meals for up to 12.

Just as many builders based overseas do, Sunseeker designed the 37M’s galley, located to port on the main deck, to be decidedly more of a work area.

Recognizing that crew satisfaction makes or breaks the ownership experience, Sunseeker gave the captain a comfortable sleep/work area.

Bunks like these for their sleeping quarters are standard fare aboard the 37 Meter Trideck Yacht.

The crew mess, complete with a pantry area, is akin to the country kitchen on some yachts.

Simrad electronics complete with big-screen displays spread out across the helm station.

High-hp engines result in high-end speed: more than 27 knots, better than anticipated.
