#16: ATTESSA—302’4″

The yacht long known as Evergreen and long on the brokerage market is now the latest member of American industrialist and yacht-lover Dennis Washington’s fleet, which also includes a Feadship (see Attessa, no. 64). He had her taken to his own Vancouver Shipyards in British Columbia in April for a refit; while details haven’t been released, it’s probably safe to assume the entire interior will change, for two reasons. First, it has a decidedly Asian ambiance, in keeping with the tastes of the previous owner. Second, Washington loves to get hands-on in nitty-gritty details ranging from decorative glass panels to high-tech systems when he buys a yacht.
