#58: AMADEUS—229’7″

A subsidiary of a commercial shipyard in Taiwan converted this research vessel, originally launched as Caravelle, last year. Details are hard to come by, though we do know Franois Zuretti did the interior and Reymond Langton Design worked with Vripack to restyle her exterior to look yachty; there’s barely a commercial hint anywhere. The Taiwanese media reported that the refit cost $30 million. She’s been seen cruising in Hong Kong and Croatia so far this year.
