The new Regulator 23 was unveiled at the boat show on Thursday to many interested perspective buyers and members of the press. Celebrating their 25th anniversary, this is the first time in the company’s history that they have released two new models in the same model year (the company introduced the popular Regulator 25 at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show last fall).
