Greenline Hybrid 36
The Greenline Hybrid 36 is the latest model, and the first boat introduced—and designed from top to bottom—under the new ownership group, SVP Yachts.
Greenline Hybrid 36
The GL36 packs a lot of design and features into a relatively small LOA, notably a house that is shifted to port to offer a wide starboard side deck forward, and a fold-down transom that opens up the cockpit.
Greenline Hybrid 36
Rather than rely on hydraulics, the fold-down transom uses a nylon cord with a winch to deploy and recover, and it really opens up the cockpit space, as does the aft galley with its fold-up window.

The main-deck saloon uses huge overhead hatches for ventilation, as well as large windows all around.
Greenline Hybrid 36
The helm has a large sliding side window that opens manually,
allowing the skipper to step out onto that wide side deck to handle lines.
Greenline Hybrid 36
Greenline Hybrid calls this design a “superdisplacement” hull, which means it offers efficient operation at slow speeds, but planes out at 14 knots for better efficiency at higher speeds.

Under the galley sole lies the mechanical space, where a 220-horsepower Volvo Penta D3 is matched to a 10-kilowatt (15 horsepower) Mahle electric drive. The engine option forgoes the hybrid for a 370-horsepower Yanmar diesel that tops out around 24 knots.
Greenline Hybrid 36
The master is forward and has a scissoring berth that can be split or pushed together.
Windows around the trunk cabin add loads of natural light, as do hullside windows.
Greenline Hybrid 36
A single head with separate shower is shared by all on board—remember this is a 36.
Greenline Hybrid 36
The second stateroom has a low overhead above part of the space to keep the main deck all on one level,
but is nicely appointed.
Greenline Hybrid 36
The boat has a keel fin that stabilizes her and helps her track straight, with very little lean in turns.
Greenline Hybrid 36
The cockpit is high-sided, ensuring a secure feel for those aboard underway.
And those expansive hardtop solar panels can help charge the batteries to stow away even more juice.

What cook wouldn’t enjoy being in the middle of the action while preparing meals in an aft galley such as this?
Greenline Hybrid 36
Have a look at the forward master with the berths in the together position suitable for an owner couple.
Greenline Hybrid 36
A low profile means the Greenline 36 does not have a lot of windage, simplifying operation.
Greenline Hybrid 36
The dining area opposite the bench helm seat means the skipper won’t be lonely on long passages.
Greenline Hybrid 36
Fairleads and beefy cleats show the Greenline 36 to be well found.
Greenline Hybrid 36
If you haven’t experienced the silent operation of electric propulsion, you really need to see for yourself.
No noise, no smoke, no vibration. Just you and the wind and sea—it’s truly a different experience.
Greenline Hybrid 36
The Greenline 36 is a feature-rich boat with a few tricks up its sleeve that may surprise you.
Greenline Hybrid 36
And maybe a boat that offers something completely different—
truly silent operation—is what you’re after in your next boat.
