Here at Power & Motoryacht we like an epic, far-flung cruising destination as much as the next guy—hey, who doesn’t like the Maldives? But at heart, we’re boaters—we love to go anywhere by boat. That means that, for the most part, our travel, be it vacations or work trips, mostly takes place onboard various kinds of watercraft. And that’s perfect. Because aside from the unique freedom that boating affords, the sport offers a whole other aspect of fun: Exploring the very best coastal towns and destinations. And as you’ll see, a lot of those ports of call have some pretty epic chops if you know where to look. While not all are posh or exotic, these friendly spots may be just the ticket to scratching your cruising itch.
