PMY Takeover: In our March family-themed issue we covered various families who made the decision to cruise with kids aboard full time. On the cover of that issue was a salty young soul named Penn. Clad in navigationally appropriate red and green sneakers, he was the first kid to hold the honor of Power & Motoryacht cover star. Since then we’ve heard from readers who were interested in learning more about the intrepid Palmer family and their long-range exploits.
