We expect to see serious interest in Formula’s new 360 CBR Crossover Bowrider. Just unveiled by the Decatur, Illinois builder, this is a new and souped-up version of the 350 CBR, a boat launched in 2013. We’re seeing plenty to like in her Michael Young-based design and extensive spec sheet: Triple Mercury outboards between 300 and 400 horsepower, a pair of 600 Merc Verados, or twin sterndrives from Mercury Racing, Mercury, or Ilmor, pumping out between 380 and 520 horses. She’s feature packed too: Raymarine electronics, Mercury DTS or Elmore joystick maneuvering, Inductive phone charging, and subwoofer-equipped Rockford Fosgate audio. There’s guest space galore, with comfy looking cockpit and bow lounges (16,000 BTU A/C optional) and wetbar, a swim platform and Sunshade canopy. Her double-bed equipped cabin offers 6’2″ of headroom and features a nice galley and full head. There’s an aft berth too—so the kids or grandkids can come along. You’ll be able to see her in the fiberglass flesh at the 2025 Fort Lauderdale Boat Show.
