“Tiara has always had a slightly fishy flair on their cabin cruisers in the way of the basic necessities. Those boats said, sure, plop a rod in the holder and drop a bait in or set a flat line for casual high-speed trolling while you’re on your way from point A to point B. And they’ve done a great job at that: I can recall captaining an older model (then new) for a family who wanted a little help fishing. What comfort compared with the stripped-down Down Easts! And yet, the cockpit was just functional enough to be a dignified dance floor.
