A technical mix between light shell and weather-ready offshore jacket, Gill’s Coastal Racer has a little bit of everything contained within its 3 Dot, 2-layer hydrophobic laminated shell with durable water-repellent finish. It’s lightweight and packs easily, but has a fleece-lined collar that will provide you with relief from the wind without the neck-brace feel of some high collars. There’s a stowable hood for when it’s really coming down and the front pockets are fleece-lined to warm your frozen fingers. The jacket also features a full-length YKK Aquaguard front zipper and adjustable polyurethane cuffs for additional help in keeping out the elements.
