Ward Setzer of Setzer Yacht Designers, speaks about the Outer Reef Trident Series, on which he worked closely with Outer Reef Yachts founder Jeff Druek. The series will launch at Cannes 2015 with the Trident 550, which will be a long-range cruiser with the efficiency to provide range better than 1,500 nautical miles at 10 knots, and a fuel burn of less than 21 gallons per hour at 17 knots.
