The sun sets on an easy first day of cruising. Darkness would bring with it 8- to 10-foot seas, with some 12-foot seas thrown in for good measure.

The spacious flying bridge was the primary social space for our four-person crew. It can fit up to 8 people comfortably.

There was concern originally about the size of the guest stateroom being shared by two full-sized adults. It turned out the large closet and ample stowage made the accommodations more than adequate.
