Take a little stroll down memory lane with a gallery of
some of our favorite Power & Motoryacht covers from 1987.
We started the year off strong with a cover painted by Robert Rodriguez.
It was a painting of a “mermaid, in honor of this month’s New York National Boat Show.”
The boat she’s holding is a 38-foot Ocean Yachts Super Sport.
“Our Florida girl with a new Wellcraft Scarab Excel,”
was what we had to say about this cover in February 1987.
I don’t know if we still have a “Florida girl” on staff…I’m going to have to find a company directory.
