There’s something inarguably elegant about having a nice, white, streamlined express cruiser docked in front of your home. It calls to mind the American dream, albeit one on steroids. Not only did you successfully pull yourself up by your bootstraps to achieve financial success, but you did it so damn well that now you own waterfront property and a big, beautiful boat as well. For the lucky and select few who achieve this level of success, might I suggest the Princess V62 as your next acquisition. The British-built express cruiser, which debuted last September, will be the envy of all the Joneses up and down your lagoon.

The sleekly designed V62 has most every amenity you could hope for on a boat of her type. Her main deck is highlighted by an exceedingly well-lit saloon, which boasts a skylight as well as large glass doors that connect the space to the cockpit. A lower saloon serves as a secondary indoor entertainment area and features both a well-accoutered galley and an informal dinette. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee and your morning paper before starting a cruise.

Outdoors an electro-hydraulic swim platform can easily launch a PWC or tender. Meanwhile an array of twin diesel configurations ranging up to a total of 2,536-horsepower make sure this yacht has the sporty cred you’d expect of her. To be sure, this is a boat worth striving for, but then again, if you’re in the market for a V62, you probably already knew that.
