Sweet Sanlorenzo

Sanlorenzo’s next SL104 to arrive in the U.S. stays true to the company edict that no two yachts are the same. “This boat is one of a kind really,” says Alastair Callender, Creative Director of Sanlorenzo Americas.

The boat also has some creative uses of onboard space most often seen on megayachts. “We’ve got things like a terrace coming out from the main saloon and a drop-down bathing platform and increased interior volume, particularly in the on-deck master. There are retractable panels on the windows in the master stateroom which greatly enhance the view, and what’s nice is when they’re not in use they retract to maintain the integrity of the exterior lines. We think this boat is incredibly well suited to the Americas.” We’re curious to investigate the effect on interior lighting those retractable panels have. It’s always nice to be able to modulate brightness levels—you might want to take a nap.
